If you have had a family member pass away, you are moving or you simply are downsizing, our team at Picker’s Universe can assist you. First, we schedule a meeting. When we meet at your property, we walk through your home to determine what is for sale. We ask you to review our contract. Once the contract is signed, we work with you to determine the best time for the sale, what action to take regarding any items leftover from the sale and we get a key to your home.
Organization—Before the sale, we will organize, arrange, price and display all items to be sold. Preparation for the sale—We will coordinate a time with you to price items for the sale. All items, new, used, collectible and antique will be priced at an Estate Sale Level.
Advertising—We will advertise in the local paper, our web page, and other social media outlets.
Conduct of sale– Sale will typically run 2 consecutive days.
Fees and expenses– are determined on a case by case basis. It will depend on the size of the property, the amount of items to be included in the sale and whether or not we take care of items left over.
